NEW ENGLAND EXPLORER TRIP:
Hop on the Rec Dept mini bus for a shopping trip to WEBS-America's Yarn Store and Northampton Wools in Northampton, MA followed by lunch at The Boathouse in S. Hadley, MA
Friday, August 22, 2025
Trip departs Jaffrey Parks and Recreation Dept, 31 Howard Hill Rd, Jaffrey at 8:30 am and returns by 4:00pm

Cost: $15 resident/ $20 non-resident
Includes: Transportation, WEBS coupon and goody bag
Lunch is on your own, we will get separate checks.

The city of Northampton, MA has a ban on single use bags.
*Please bring your own re-usable bags for your purchases.

WEBS will be greeting us with a coupon and a goody bag upon arrival!

There will be catalogs for your viewing at our Friday Create & Connect sessions as well as in the Recreation Dept Office if you would like to get a sneak peek at what they have to offer and get ideas for a new project.

WEBS has 2 computers available to access yarn.com and Ravelry for pattern searches. You may want to bring a notebook and pen for making notes as you search.

WEBS offers an IN-STORE PICKUP option for on-line orders. This is a great option for products that are listed as on-line only on YARN.COM. After placing your order, it will be picked in their Easthampton warehouse and brought to their retail store in Northampton (where we will be shopping), usually within 2 business days. *Most of the cone yarns have been removed from the store and integrated into the warehouse.

JPRD Refund Policy:
Cancellation requests must be made by a patron seven or more days before the program start date to receive a full refund.
Registration cancelled by a patron six days or less, or after a program has started, will not be issued a full refund.
A partial refund may be available for some programs.
Processing/convenience fees for credit card payments will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made in the form of a check and may take up to two weeks to be processed and mailed.
