Get ready to move, sweat, and smile! Jelita Belly Dance Fitness is a fun, low-impact workout designed for everybody: all ages, body types, and fitness levels are welcome. Whether you’re brand new to dance or looking to switch up your fitness routine, this class offers an inclusive and supportive environment where you can move at your own pace.

Through easy-to-follow movements inspired by traditional belly dance, you’ll enjoy a full-body workout that improves heart and lung function while gently strengthening your core, legs, arms, and glutes. The flowing, rhythmic movements help enhance posture, balance, and coordination—all while burning calories and reducing stress.

Beyond the physical benefits, Belly Dance Fitness is about building confidence and embracing joyful movement. Come discover a workout that leaves you feeling strong, empowered, and energized!

What to wear/bring:
-Non-Slip Socks or Dance Shoes
-Water Bottle
-Comfortable clothing: you do not need to show your belly! Do not wear anything too bulky or loose.
-Hip scarf or coin belt is optional.
